Our cosmetic audit by the Department of the vice president the year 2021 April-September period in direct contact with the human body in Type-1 (- hand disinfectants, antibacterial liquid soaps, etc.) and type-19 (fly repellents, etc.) as a result of market surveillance and audit activities of biocidal products, products that violate technical regulations have been identified and administrative sanctions (administrative fine, withdrawal, destruction works and operations) have been applied to these products.
biocidal product inspections for 2021 are planned specifically for the detection of unlicensed products by conducting a risk analysis during the Covid-19 pandemic period. The intended result was achieved with the data obtained as a result of the effective inspections (37 unlicensed product detection).
Number of type-1 and type-19 biocidal products inspected: 48
Number of unlicensed products: 37
Number of products in violation of technical regulation: 9
Total number of products in violation of technical regulation: 46 (Number of unlicensed and products in violation of technical regulation)
Total administrative fine imposed for violation of the technical regulation: 1,480,000 TL
